These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OutfitMaker mobile application ("App") operated by Bulpara Inc ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
OutfitMaker is an AI-powered outfit visualization tool. You upload photos and describe outfits, and the App generates images showing you in those outfits. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating outfit visualizations. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, including training AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you submit. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
3. Generated Images
AI-generated outfit images are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share generated images freely. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated images.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
OutfitMaker offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:
- Free: Limited generations, standard resolution, ads included.
- Premium ($7.99/month or $59.99/year): Unlimited generations, high-resolution output, no ads.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to create harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Upload photos of minors
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
6. AI Limitations
OutfitMaker uses AI technology that may produce imperfect results. Generated images are approximations and may not accurately represent real clothing items. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on generated images.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Bulpara Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated results may vary in quality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
